I think you should keep the blog and keep posting. I get that you want to "free up the mental space and time" but you don't have to post. But I would miss you. And email isn't the same.

Seriously, though, I have a motto from some guy named Will Shakespeare: "To thine own self be true." I find that covers most situations. Another really smart dude said "live well and prosper." That should cover the rest.
